Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining complex data models and analytics frameworks to support business decision-making
• Conducting in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Communicating complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that blithequark remains at the forefront of data analytics and business intelligence

Responsibilities

* Assemble complex data models and analytics frameworks to support business decision-making

• Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Use data visualization tools and techniques to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support data analysis and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that blithequark remains at the forefront of data analytics and business intelligence

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or scientist in an industry or academic setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with complex data models and analytics frameworks
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including regression, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
