Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting business growth through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights in structured and unstructured data, and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that inform business decisions and drive growth across various sign-up and business item spaces.

• Answer critical business questions and provide expert insights on different trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions.
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver actionable data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply statistical methods (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, regression, and more) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization.

What You'll Bring

* Unbridled enthusiasm, high intellectual and scientific acumen, and a relentless pursuit of data-driven insights and business results.

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering).
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space, with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible to diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in a scientific field.

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, and more.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces.
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management.
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience.
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently.
• Remarkable written and oral communication skills.
• Humor and a willingness to have fun.
• Unique interests or areas of passion that influence the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges.
