As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping our clients navigate our services and resolve any issues they may encounter. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a flexible schedule, with the potential to work up to 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via telephone, email, and online chat
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identifying solutions to common client questions and concerns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing top-tier service experience to clients while working in a high-speed environment
  • Assisting clients with responding to requests regarding their protection and copays, as needed
  • Furnishing clients with technical support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them
  • Viewing every interaction as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with our clients

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

  • Currently live in the state of Utah
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
  • Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills
  • Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed
  • Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 2 weeks), with a 14-day advance notice
  • Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, the following preferred capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:

  • 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting guidelines for efficiency and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
