Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and maintaining work orders to ensure efficient operations
  • Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations
  • Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
  • Updating vehicle status and tracking progress
  • Reordering materials and components as needed
  • Overseeing repair operations and ensuring timely delivery

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear guidance
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A willingness to teach and train others
  • Comfort working in a collision repair environment
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
