Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving discrepancies and correcting errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You will work closely with various internal and external teams to ensure that our records are accurate and up-to-date. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Resolve discrepancies and correct errors in our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records

  • Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions of the company
  • Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports
  • Reconcile eligibility among systems
  • Monitor and track records
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

* Experience in data analysis and record studies

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of associated experience in a similar role

* Healthcare industry experience

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
