Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll work closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, gathering information about their needs and preferences

  • Provide elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of blithequark's Private Business Services
  • Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
  • Deliver exceptional customer care by responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Record essential client data in accordance with established procedures and protocols
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity and adhere to all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work in a high-speed, metrics-driven environment with excellent multitasking and navigation skills in an electronic setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and resolving conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or business development capacity

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
