Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – HR Support and Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR team, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing eminent assistance to HR team members, responding to their requests related to HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Answering HR-related questions, providing guidance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing HR transactions accurately, including data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Collaborating with HR partners to resolve complex cases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry guidelines to provide precise information
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement, and implementing changes
  • Tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and goals are achieved
  • Providing support to HR partners in addressing common concerns and recommending process improvements
