Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our customers
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our customer service goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date on our products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales performance
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- A strong customer service background, with experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on customer service and sales
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance

Compensation and Benefits
