What You'll Do

* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract key findings, develop predictive models, and translate results into actionable business strategies
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain advanced data science models, including machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as data science, applied mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field or 2+ years of relevant experience in a data science or analytics role
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including model development and deployment
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Experience with data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

* Experience with SQL and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as Databricks or AWS
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based services
• Familiarity with quantitative marketing techniques, including segmentation, clustering, and regression analysis
• Experience with XGBoost, KNN Neighbors, or Random Forest algorithms
