About the Content Material Operations & Innovation Organisation at blithequark

Our Content Material Operations & Innovation Organisation is dedicated to delighting members with efficient operational workflows and execution while leveraging our scale and innovating to deliver more content on screen. Within this team, we're seeking an intern to join the Netfx Crew for the summer of 2024. Netfx is a developing go-functional visual consequences (VFX) initiative built on blithequark's innovative platform, which optimizes the pairing of skills to responsibilities to execute a high volume of global productions. Netfx has an in-depth ecosystem of assets (VFX companies, artists) throughout the publish production atmosphere, ensuring our individuals revel in the best version of every show, sparking pleasure around the arena.

About the Internship

As an intern, you'll help facilitate departmental wishes and participate in a program that offers training and improvement to provide you with the skill set vital to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in enterprise analytics, agnostic of domain. You don't need previous experience to apply; when you submit your application, you'll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You'll also be requested to submit a 300-word maximum statement of purpose (preferably in PDF layout) within the form using the following prompt: Are you captivated with global marketplaces? Who We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with: * An interest in working within the entertainment industry * A hobby in global marketplace evaluation and platform (customer/setter) experience * The ability to live in the L. location during the internship (relocation and housing guide may be supplied, if applicable) * Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with software programs, including Google Suite (e.g., Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) * Collaborative and capable of working in a quick-paced environment * Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to work independently * Attention to detail and practices true judgment * Curiosity about getting to know new technology and workflows * The ability to keep confidentiality and utmost discretion while being privy to sensitive information

What You'll Do

As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to: * Conduct a complete evaluation of current correctly constructed transactional, digital marketplaces * Study and examine industry developments and competitive landscapes for worldwide marketplaces * Offer insights and hints based on marketplace evaluation to aid strategic decision-making * Collaborate with senior team members to plot and refine aggressive pricing techniques * Help in developing financial models to evaluate business performance and assess capability situations * Make a contribution to forecasting and budgeting procedures to assist financial planning efforts * Collaborate with teams throughout departments to recognize business * Participate in meetings and shows to proportion findings and pointers
