Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel service accounts and corporate clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to achieve business objectives
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy and drive innovation
  • Developing and delivering presentations, proposals, and sales materials to support business development initiatives
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports to track business performance and progress

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to manage financial transactions and reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the travel industry, with a strong understanding of travel service accounts and corporate clients
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based applications and software, with experience in web development and design
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives

Work Environment
