As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Inward Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Crash Program.

What You'll Do

As an Impact Fix Client Service Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with our Inward Body Shop team to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Coordinating vehicle appearance arrangements and communicating with clients
  • Handling client correspondence and resolving any concerns or issues
  • Announcing vehicle repairs and updates to clients
  • Reordering materials and supplies as needed
  • Conducting fix surveys and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Microsoft Office experience is a plus
  • Ability to train and develop others
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Pay offered may vary based on individualized factors, including market area, work-related information, skills, and experience. The complete compensation package for this position may also include other components dependent on the position advertised.
