Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our clients' customers via live chat, email, and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner, while promoting our clients' products and services.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level) at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- Upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications) with an upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
