Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

- Overseeing and resolving client issues, including cancellations, changes, and refunds
- Providing clients with flight, course, and evaluating data to ensure a seamless travel experience
- Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure prompt resolution
- Responding to messages and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Screening flights and providing clients with the most suitable options
