The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our growing community of holistic practitioners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to tickets and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking client payments and ensuring seamless financial transactions
  • Hosting live onboarding and support calls over Zoom to educate practitioners on our platform and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Performing a variety of tasks as needed to support the growth and success of our platform

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • A passion for wellness and a strong alignment with our mission and values
  • Sharp communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, practitioners, and internal stakeholders
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with a figure-it-out attitude and a willingness to take initiative
  • A team player, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a startup environment or a fast-paced, dynamic setting

  • Familiarity with holistic healthcare or wellness-related industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and project management platforms
