Responsibilities

As a detail-oriented customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Following up on client cases to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will need:

  • A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
  • A USB headset and webcam
  • At least one 15" or larger monitor
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
  • Direct Ethernet connection preferred
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity and typing skills at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace
  • Location within the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin
