Our Remote Work Program

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be working on a variety of projects, from data entry and management to process improvement and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various software systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and streamline processes.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for Windows and OSX workstations, NAS, and OSX servers.
- Media Filing and Documentation: Lead all aspects of media filing, documentation, and recovery processes.
- Network Switches and Switches: Oversee network switches and switches.
- Video Editing: Assist with video editing processes using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Film 4D, Maya, and other video editing software modules.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Remain current on industry developments and provide insights to advance cycles and frameworks.
Required Capabilities and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management and assessment.
- Video Creation or Media Creation Background: Demonstrated history in video creation or media creation offices.
- Technical Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of wired networking, LAN advancements, and LAN/WAN support and maintenance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Capabilities
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
- IP Video Transport Experience: Experience with IP Video Transport, including RTMP and NDI, using modern CDN.
- Live Video Creation Experience: Related knowledge in live video creation conditions.
- Specialized Certifications: Any relevant technical certifications.
- SmartSheet Experience: Experience in creating and using Smartsheet for workflow improvement.
- Desktop Support Experience: Ability to provide strong support for desktop frameworks.
Training and Education
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A four-year degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
