Your Impact
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify patterns and opportunities
- Applying your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover insights and drive business outcomes
- Defining and assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) for new product launches
- Creating data visualizations to monitor and evaluate the impact of product initiatives and business challenges
- Identifying new opportunities to improve key financial metrics, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics
- Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and statistical analysis
- Working closely with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and manage high-quality data from various sources
- Communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and driving business decisions
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and Presto, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
- Strong narrative experience with data visualizations and the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex, Collibra Information Quality, SAS Information Management, and IBM InfoSphere Data Server
- Experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca
- Experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workflow management systems
- Experience working with complex data on cloud platforms, such as Google Bigquery and Hive
- Experience working on data warehousing (E-R) and having a solid BI mindset
- Basic understanding of statistics and machine learning models
- Prior experience in the retail or finance industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
