The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, engaging with customers, researching and problem-solving, and operating with empathy and kindness to deliver exceptional experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide recommendations that exceed their expectations
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail
- Operating with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and Team Members, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect
- Engaging with teammates to contribute to a customer-centric culture of collaboration, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence

Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) in a written assessment, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, and perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on prioritization and time management
- Proficiency in using computers for data entry, navigation, and internet search, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
- Must pass a background check, ensuring a safe and secure work environment
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and webcam, with a strong commitment to flexibility and adaptability
