Responsibilities and Duties
As a Client Outreach Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Outbound calling to connect with potential customers and build relationships
- Meeting with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents, to discuss our solutions and services
- Appointment setting to schedule meetings and demos with key decision-makers
- Attending online conferences and webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Navigating and overcoming initial objections and questions to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Documenting relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel
Experience and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and via email
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with phone etiquette best practices and a strong understanding of customer service principles
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling
- 1 year of experience in customer support
- 1 year of experience in phone etiquette
