Responsibilities and Duties

As a Client Outreach Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Outbound calling to connect with potential customers and build relationships
  • Meeting with executives, such as the CEO and vice presidents, to discuss our solutions and services
  • Appointment setting to schedule meetings and demos with key decision-makers
  • Attending online conferences and webinars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Navigating and overcoming initial objections and questions to close deals and drive revenue growth
  • Documenting relevant information pertaining to outreach efforts and conversations in Hubspot and Excel

Experience and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Related work experience in promotions, marketing, telemarketing, or sales
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone and via email
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with phone etiquette best practices and a strong understanding of customer service principles

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 1 year of experience in appointment scheduling
  • 1 year of experience in customer support
  • 1 year of experience in phone etiquette
