Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our claims coordination unit. Your primary responsibilities will include accurate data entry, follow-ups on missing information, and invoice reviews for claim processing. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient claim processing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and submit to a background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
