Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

To further our growth and success, we are seeking talented individuals who excel at building lasting relationships with customers over the phone. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to make and receive calls to and from customers, qualifying them before transferring them to a sales representative at the client's end. These conversations will primarily involve individuals who have expressed interest in our clients' services or have been offered additional services by our clients. Our diverse client base spans various industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and consumer services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer phone calls to qualify leads and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Utilize scripts to guide conversations and ensure seamless interactions
• Record consumer conversations using blithequark's systems to maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with different clients and campaigns to deliver tailored solutions
• Provide high-quality customer experiences that meet and exceed client expectations

Requirements for Success

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
• Experience working with computers and familiarity with customer service software
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions and noise
• Previous call center or customer service experience is highly desirable
• Military sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations are pluses
• Must reside in Texas

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a performance marketing agency or related field
• Familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies and techniques
