Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering calls, listening to customer concerns, and addressing these concerns in a polite, methodical, and empathetic manner
- Resolving customer issues and answering questions about insurance, products, or services
- Scheduling appointments and gathering information from patients and providers
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keeping records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Adapting your attitude and conversation to different personality types
- Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of Call Center Customer Service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- A patient and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type notes into our system while talking on the phone
- A reliable internet connection and a Personal Computer with Windows 10/11 and at least 8 GB of memory
