You will work closely with our Technologists in the field, as well as representatives at our regional accounts, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Processing all customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs, and resolving routine and complex problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documenting activity to our system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
  • Cross-training in other positions within the department, as needed, and performing these functions when required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Be able to handle an average of 11 calls per hour per eight (8) hour shift after 4 months in the position, including inbound calls.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
  • Solve routine and complex problems, contacting a supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve.
  • Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible.
  • Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
  • Document activity to our system.
  • Display the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process.
  • Display the ability to operate the phone system effectively.
  • Adhere to work schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

* Ability to work independently and as a team.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform the different tasks they have been trained for in the call center, with a focus on retaining knowledge for cross-training purposes.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills).
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have high-speed internet for remote work.
