Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. This is a hybrid remote position, with the opportunity to work from home every other week. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

* Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls) in a professional and courteous manner

  • Scheduling appointments for our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner
  • Registering customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4-hour shift)

  • Call center experience preferred, but not required
  • Customer service experience required (1 year minimum)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
  • Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
