What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a remote Customer Service/Sales Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing your customer service and sales experience to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients
* Persuading and upselling customers while reducing frustration and displeasure
* Handling back-to-back calls with care, empathy, and professionalism
* Using exceptional de-escalation skills on escalated calls
* Maintaining knowledge of company policies, products, and services
What's Required (Qualifications)
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Attendance adherence is critical for training success
* A private, undisturbed workspace free from distractions
* High-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload
* 2+ years of sales experience
* 2+ years of call center customer service/sales experience
* High school diploma, GED, or college experience
