Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative/Remote Sales Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional outbound sales and customer service calls. You will work closely with our team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer additional products/services to callers. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects while maintaining a high level of efficiency, composure, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct professional outbound sales and customer service calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Offer additional products/services to callers to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all interactions, including customer information and sales data
  • Adhere to provided work schedule and maintain a high level of punctuality, including working on Sundays and accommodating a varied work schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times
  • Successfully achieve sales/fundraising goals on outbound projects, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Maintain efficiency and composure while handling various types of calls, including customer complaints and sales objections

Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing/customer service setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth

  • Flexibility to work on Sundays and accommodate a varied work schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Ability to pass company training, background, and credit check, as well as meet financial obligations for internet and phone bills
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to work (not applicable for remote workers)

Sales and Service Skills

* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
