Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our Internal Body Shop and customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling maintenance and coordinating with the Body Shop to ensure efficient vehicle processing
  • Serving as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop, facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management, to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process
  • Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs to minimize downtime and inconvenience to customers
  • Updating vehicle reputation and tracking repair progress to ensure timely completion
  • Reordering materials and components as needed to maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Conducting repair overviews and deliveries to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Certified from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred)
  • Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills, able to follow instructions and provide clear guidance to customers and colleagues
  • Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • Willing to teach and mentor others, sharing your knowledge and expertise to drive team success
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced collision repair environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • At least 18 years of age (required)
