Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Associate – Remote Customer Support Role at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support, and that their experiences with blithequark are nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding blithequark's products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and update customer records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Be at least 18 years old and have approval to work in the US
  • Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote support role
  • Experience with CRM systems and software
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry and travel wholesaling
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
