Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare - Remote US at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients improve the health and well-being of their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other related issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Processing calls efficiently and effectively to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients to resolve customer service issues
  • Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Two or more years of customer service or telephone experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with accountability for self-time management
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A competitive salary range of $29,100 - $41,600 per year, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
