Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment Expert, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to ADP client employees. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls, providing benefit and open enrollment information, and explaining complex aspects of company insurance programs. Key Responsibilities

* Receive 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing benefit and open enrollment information to ADP client employees

  • Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
  • Examine, assess, and combine data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
  • Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
  • Record employee enrollment in benefits
  • Utilize expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures

Qualifications

* Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues

  • Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be communicating with customers via inbound calls, email, and chat
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, is required
  • Strong attendance and reliability are essential in this role

Training and Onboarding

* Training will take place at our El Paso, Texas location (1851 North Resler Drive, 79911) for the first 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm

  • After training, you'll work 100% remotely, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm, and one Saturday per month (overtime)

Contract Length and Opportunities for Growth

* This is a 3-month contract, with opportunities for growth based on performance and demand

  • If you excel in this role, you may be eligible for permanent employment with blithequark
