What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
- Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
- Assisting third parties with policy documentation and changes
- Ensuring customer needs are addressed in the first interaction to exceed expectations
- Reporting directly to the Customer Support Team Lead
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Property & Casualty insurance license
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience
- Empathy towards customer needs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
- Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST
