Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving their inquiries and issues promptly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts.
  • Providing detailed information about blithequark products and services.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Experience

While prior experience is not required, we encourage freshers to apply. Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage, but we're more interested in your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and your willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Working Hours

We offer flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time and part-time positions are available, so you can choose a schedule that suits your needs.
