Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; following up to ensure resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
