Job Type and Working Hours

This is a part-time remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home during evening hours. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will work evening shifts from 4 PM to 10 PM EST, Monday to Friday. This schedule allows you to balance your work and personal life while still delivering exceptional customer support to our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues to senior support teams as needed
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing
  • Providing product information and technical support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide expert support
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and upskilled
