Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech.Job Summary DetailsAs the Clinical Training Specialist, you will:Support Electrophysiology initiatives and activities with an emphasis on EP ACAS/CAS clinical new hire training. This position will be responsible for the delivery of virtual sessions during Advanced prework for new hire EP ACAS/CAS with a focus on fundamental mapping techniques. This position will also be responsible for weekly arrhythmia map evaluation and coordinate with class Commercial Education Managers to ensure trainees are prepared during Advanced phases of training.ResponsibilitiesUnder limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position will:
- Coordinate and host weekly virtual session during advanced prework with targeted topics aligned to the weekly prework curriculum.
- Evaluate weekly map submissions and provide feedback to trainees as well as document progress and evaluation ratings in Axonify for all map submissions.
- Collaborate with Lead MCEs to identify low performing trainees and assist the Lead MCEs and/or FT in providing additional 1:1 training as needed.
- Facilitate CCVS week for Advanced Phase learners.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next
- management level.
- Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- The US Commercial Education Clinical Training Specialist relies heavily on engagement with both internal and external customers and stakeholders. These relationships will need to be collaborative and focused, meeting Health Care Compliance standards, to utilize feedback towards process and program improvements.
- Performs other duties assigned as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years professional experience.
- 3 years' experience in the field of Electrophysiology.
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, along with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence small and large groups is required.
- Prior Field Trainer / Coaching experience.
- Prior experience in facilitating and delivering training curriculum.
- Office deskwork, requiring sitting, using phone and computer.
- Up to 40% Travel may be required within the US.
