Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our company's database. You will review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, maintain and update existing data records, and generate and distribute reports as required by management. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering and updating teacher pension data into our company's database
  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintaining and updating existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct
  • Generating and distributing reports as required by management
  • Ensuring all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations

Requirements

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus
  • Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems
