Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry and Customer Service Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Entering data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records.
- Performing data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, to extract relevant information.
- Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and analysis, using pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
- Transcribing audio files, documents, or other written materials into digital format, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent, and identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
- Performing administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, to support the smooth operation of our systems.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate data entry, and meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with data collection, data analysis, and data entry, with a strong understanding of data integrity and accuracy.
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute, and the ability to transcribe written materials accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with pivot tables and other data analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Data Studio.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree in a related field, such as business administration or data analysis, is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role or industry is advantageous, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
