As a remote customer service agent and research participant, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in various research studies, focus groups, and phone interviews
- Sharing your thoughts and opinions on a wide range of topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
- Completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- Must actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
- Access to a reliable internet connection
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
