Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with leaders at a set of customer accounts, understanding their businesses and needs, and finding ways for them to be more successful in using blithequark's products. You'll also identify opportunities to deepen and expand their business with blithequark, ensuring overall satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This role directly impacts company-wide goals and will influence the success of the overall organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture relationships with leaders at a set of customer accounts, understanding their businesses and needs - Identify opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships with blithequark, driving revenue growth and reducing churn - Collaborate with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and improvement - Represent blithequark at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our products and services and building trust and credibility - Develop and execute customized plans to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring overall satisfaction and driving long-term value - Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization

Essential Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales-related capacity - Proven track record of success in building and nurturing relationships with high-profile clients, driving revenue growth and reducing churn - Strong understanding of the finance industry and the challenges faced by merchants - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal partners - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive results
