Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of blithequark. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Updating lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Engaging in face-to-face customer interactions to resolve queries and concerns
- Utilizing company resources to gather information and offer solutions that meet customer needs
- Contacting clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information and ensuring timely resolutions
- Filing documents according to established criteria to maintain accurate records
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail per established protocols
- Reading and interpreting various reports and documents to stay informed and up-to-date
- Properly completing sale documents to ensure accurate and timely transactions
- Performing other duties as assigned to support the team and achieve business objectives
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency with office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
- Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process payments and update records

- Typing speed of 45WPM or higher
