Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. This is a remote/online position, and you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule, working 3-4 days a week, with the possibility of adjusting your schedule as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
  • Manage your own schedule, working 3-4 days a week, with the possibility of adjusting your schedule as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment

Note:

This is a part-time/full-time position, and the final schedule will be dependent on what you work out with your teammate.
