About the Role

As a Senior Technology Analyst, you'll be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise in data analysis, business processes, and software tools to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on data-driven initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying your analytical skills and business acumen to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement data-driven initiatives
• Developing and maintaining complex data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
• Analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements
• Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and team members
• Identifying and mitigating program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects and initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis, business processes, and software tools, including Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
• Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Intelligence Analyst)
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
