Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between blithequark, our customers, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and provide exceptional customer service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound, outbound calls, and the internet in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting blithequark's products and services
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Courteous and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems
