Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries efficiently, effectively, and with a smile, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner - Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns - Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time - Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required - 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience - Good speaking voice and strong communication skills - Ability to read and correct grammar and English speaking skills - Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including CRM systems - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications - Experience with data entry and record-keeping - Strong knowledge of grammar and English language skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Must provide a working Windows, iOS, or MAC computer and headset (CANNOT be a tablet or Chromebook) - Internet Speed: 50 upload/10 download
