Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements
  • Work closely with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling environment
  • Passion for mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication and listening, with a willingness to receive feedback
  • College graduate or Associate's degree in a customer-related field
  • Ability to work remotely and reside in one of the following states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI

  • Experience working in a high call volume environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and software
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
