What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels. Your day will be filled with opportunities to:

• Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
• Collaborate with your team to resolve complex customer concerns and provide exceptional service

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge to customers
• Strong computer skills, with experience using various software applications and tools

The Equipment You'll Need

To ensure you have the best possible experience as a remote worker, we'll provide you with the necessary equipment, including:

• A reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
• A USB wired headset (although you may be able to use your existing headset, please check with our team first)
• A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (such as an iPad) for daily log-in
