Key Responsibilities

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of blithequark's product offerings, services, promotions, and policies.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up actions in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Performance Monitoring: Meet or exceed individual performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service techniques.
- Negotiation Skills: Utilize negotiation techniques to resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring a win-win outcome.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in online support or chat environments.
