Job Summary

As a Customer Service Leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing mentorship and coaching to improve their performance, and driving customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and best practices. You will work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer experience, team efficiency, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to improve their performance and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, team efficiency, and business growth
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Administrations Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address customer complaints and concerns
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to merchants and customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve customer experience and team performance
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on leadership and team management
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and team performance
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
  • Experience with Google Sheets or other data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with the food delivery industry and customer service best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
