Responsibilities As a Digital Chat Agent – Remote Community Moderator, your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring Online Chat Rooms and Forums

Enforcing Chat Room and Forum Guidelines

Responding to User Inquiries and Concerns

Documenting User Interactions and Maintaining Records
